Each time you step onto the mat you have the power to unlock your potential for greater clarity, energy, emotional balance and enhanced quality of life. When you move mindfully your yoga practice allows you to break habitual patterns of moving and thinking.

Through mindful yoga movements integrated with your breath you will create balance, flexibility, strength and gain the awareness needed to reduce stress and create well-being.

All classes are virtual and run from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.

Class Dates: 9-21, 9-28, 10-5, 10-12, 10-19
